How to get PS5 clips on your iPhone
Turn on Auto-Upload once, then share from the PlayStation App.
- On your PS5, go to Settings > Captures and Broadcasts > Captures and turn on Auto-Upload. The console must be linked to the PlayStation App.
- Keep Stay Connected to the Internet on for rest mode (Settings > System > Power Saving > Features Available in Rest Mode), so clips upload while the PS5 sleeps.
- Save a clip: press the Create button and choose Save Recent Gameplay, or start a new recording. Clips up to 3 minutes and 1080p upload.
- On your iPhone, open the PlayStation App and tap Library > Captures.
- Open the clip, tap Share > Share via and pick Vicetok. Not in the row? Scroll to the end and tap More.
- In Vicetok, trim it, choose Fit or Fill to make it vertical, add a title and post.
Good to know
- Captures stay in the PlayStation App for 14 days. No PlayStation Plus needed.
- 4K clips and clips longer than 3 minutes do not upload. Set Resolution to 1080p under Captures > Video Clip Format.
- Clips from before you turned on Auto-Upload: open Media Gallery on the PS5, press Options and choose Upload to PlayStation App.
- To keep a copy, tap Download in the PlayStation App. It goes to Photos, and you can post it from Photos inside Vicetok.
